Randy and Kim Saylor

Pastors Randy and Kim have been in ministry and successfully pastored  for 25+ years.  They founded Jubilee Bible Church in 2000.  Randy is a pastor who cares intensely about people & community. He is known for his ability to teach the Bible in an easy style that helps the listener in applying truths to practical situations  everyday. His messages are filled with humor and real-life examples. 

Kim is a church administrator and Bible teacher. Her passion is to help people realize a personal experience with God and to introduce them to His unconditional love. Kim has over 23 years of experience in children and youth ministry. 

Pastors Randy & Kim are both natives of Ottumwa. Each surrendered their lives to the Lord in 1984 and married in 1985. The couple has no children. They are both ordained with Faith Christian Fellowship International, Tulsa OK. Jubilee Bible Church is an affiliate church of Faith Christian Fellowship International Inc.
