What can i expect the first time I come?

At JBC you'll experience friendly people, great music, and practical teaching. Sometimes coming to a new church can be a little intimidating. We want to help you relax and enjoy your experience at JBC.

Rest assured we will not ask you to stand up, speak out or intentionally draw attention to you in anyway. If you are looking for a new home church we encourage you to take your time and become acquainted with us. We encourage you to come back 3-4 times and prayerfully consider becoming a part of what we are doing.

What kind of a church is JBC? People generally want to know: what do you believe and what style of worship do you have? We are a Bible-based, non-denominational church with a contemporary style of worship .We have been in our community since 2000. Our focus is teaching the Bible in a compelling way so people can experience a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Click here to know more about our beliefs.

When you walk through our church door you will enter at the back of our auditorium. From here you can see just about everything: location of restrooms, direction to children's and youth areas, and choice of seating.

If you have children newborn - sixth grade, you are invited to take them to the children's ministry area (follow the signs or an usher will help you) and check them into their classroom. Here your children will be cared for and taught about God. Once the main service has finished you are asked to pick up your children from their classroom(s) as they are only released to parents.

What should I wear to church?  This is a frequently asked question. We are “culturally casual” around here. Whether you’re a jeans ’n’ t-shirt person or prefer a suit, the choice is yours!

We encourage you to join us.
